We strive for industry-leading speed, but delivery times are estimates based on business days:

• The Starter: Delivered within 24 hours of successful photo upload.

• The Pro: Delivered within 3 business days following the completed photoshoot.

• The Elite: Delivered within 7 business days following the completed photoshoot and styling.

To maintain our production schedule, the following edit limits apply:

• The Starter: Includes 0 rounds of edits. Images are delivered as final.

• The Pro: Includes 2 rounds of edits.

• The Elite: Includes 2 rounds of edits.

• Note: Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Major changes to the "Designer-Curated Style" after the initial brief may incur additional fees.

For Pro and Elite plans:

• The client must ensure the property is accessible to our photographer at the scheduled time.

• For Elite packages, "Essential Physical Staging" involves light styling. Smart Staged is not responsible for moving heavy furniture or deep cleaning the premises.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled shoot will incur a rebooking fee.

Smart Staged uses advanced AI and professional techniques to boost property attraction.

• The 50% Rental Boost: While our case studies show rental increases from £1,200 to £1,750, these results represent a specific East London success story.

• Smart Staged does not guarantee specific rental income increases or occupancy rates, as these are subject to wider London market conditions.

• Licensing: Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for marketing the specific property on platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, and Airbnb.

• Ownership: Smart Staged retains the rights to use "Before and After" imagery for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested by the client.

Due to the digital nature of AI staging and the labor-intensive photoshoot process, all sales are final once the digital work or photoshoot has commenced. If you wish to cancel an order before work begins, please contact hello@smartstaged.biz

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
